Light and Quick Running Poles
These poles are great. Super light weight and easy to fold and store on my running pack. I like that they have regular wrist straps - easier when hands are cold/stiff or when I need to wear gloves.

Ces bâtons m’ont vraiment surpris par leur légèreté. Ils sont assez facile à plier et déplier une fois qu’on a compris comment faire. Les poignées sont très confortables!

I bought these for a few mountain ultras I have this summer. I have used them in training on a couple of big days on the mountain. So far sooooo good, they are very lightweight yet strong and sturdy. They fold up and stow away nicely for flat sections!
