The Rowley's outer shell combines a durable Arctic Tech fabric, which is placed in high-stress areas, with a softer, stretchier, Strati-Form 30D™ nylon composite in areas where maneuverability is necessary. It's hood is down insulated for warmth and adjustable, but is non-removable.
