Very warm, not too itchy. I’m 5’9 140-145 lbs, usually between a S and M and I went with M, it’s roomy and comfortable. Will be getting more!

Great fit perfect for hiking, snow shoeing and skiing. True to sized and excellent quality. I would recommend the Sara half zip base layer.
