The women’s StretchDown™ hooded jacket is Mountain Hardwear’s hi-tech insulator hoody. The state-of-the StretchDown™ technology uses stretch-welded channels to capture more heat compared to standard, stitch-constructed down insulators. The Q.Shield® 750-fill power down chambers help repel moisture and maintain warmth, even when conditions become wet. These insulated chambers are more flexible, delivering comfort and performance during adventures in the alpine or in urban settings. This design is complemented by a durable-stretch knit shell, which is more flexible and moisture resistant than traditional ripstop shell fabrics. Overall, the women’s StretchDown™ hooded jacket is a warm and technical standalone that also works as an extremely warm mid layer during freezing winter conditions.
