I've gone through a variety of pillows: air bladder, shredded foam, solid foam, rolled up clothes and now I have the best of both worlds. The air bladder allows for major packability while the foam layer is quite comfy. The integrated stuff sack is a nice touch as well.
Very comfortable pillow, it is large enough to almost feel like a regular pillow. Not super light or super compact but for car camping it would do just fine

Compact for its design with the included foam insert, reasonable price and about as comfortable pillow as you can get for backpacking/camping without bringing yours from home!
I have tried many many backpacking pillows, and this one is by far the most comfortable one for its weight and compact size. There are another pillows that are more comfortable, but heavier, and there are pillows that are lighter but less comfortable. This one is the best comfort for its weight.

I'd actually rate it 4.5/5. Comfy, but doesn't replace a real pillow by any means. Like: The microfibre shell and top layer of memory foam make for a super comfortable surface. Dislike: It still feels like an inflatable. Heavy. Ideal for: Car camping. Maybe backpacking trips (but not for the ultralight crew!). Quality: Good materials and stitching. Colour: My wife hates the green. I bought it in that colour specifically so she wouldn't take my pillow. She still took my pillow. End review.
Been using rolled up clothes in a stuff sack as a pillow. This is 100x better and worth the buy. The soft/fabric exterior and washable cover is also a must. Slightly bigger than I hope but its small enough that you can always find space to stuff it.
Build as a good mix of compressible pillow and air which make a good blend between compact and light. I have a Therm-a-Rest Compressible pillow which for me was the most comfortable "Hiking" pillow and this one is very close while being more compact and about same weight. And it's mile ahead in term of conform than the Therm-a-Rest Air HEAD pillow that weight nothing but is not very comfy. Worth the extra weight if you are hiking and good enough for car camping even versus other more heavier option.
