Love the bag features already. It has all that I would want and the bag has a high quality feel. However it did get ripped pretty bad when I tried hauling it (which is an advertised feature of the bag).

Great bag for someone getting into alpine climbing or mountaineering, although be sure to check your size. I had problems taking the back frame out as it was very stiff. Other than that no issues other than fit.

Exactly what I was expecting. The bag has all the features I was looking for and the water proofing seems fantastic. Shipping was quicker than I expected. I highly recommend.

If you are serious about mountaineering but short trips or fast ascent, that bag may be a good candidate for you. The 38L is an equilibtum between the 22 for day hike in arctic condition and multi day with the 52L (or the 90L if you are a serious hauler.). For summer trips it can pack multiple days of stuff with a bivy tent. It is not for people bringing their condo with them in expedition. The quality is awesome and theres only one zip in a secondary pocket, so no risk to get zip issue during a critical ascent. The fabric seems very solid. I highly recommend. The Mutant serie isnt for amateurs tho. One compartment, no secondary access. Keep in mind that you need to have skills in pack packing to have pleasure using that pack. Enjoy!

Had my eye on this bag for a while. Fits well, climbs well, and great quality climbing bag that hauls exceptionally well!
