  Je l'aime bien. Je l'avais essayé lorsque la tempér. varie entre 3C et 5C avec un vent allant jusqu'à envir. 20km-h (selon Meteomedia) et je suis très confo. avec t-shirt manche courte. Il a une coupe semi ajusté, comparé à un Rab Micro Alpine, il est légèrement plus large au niveau des manche et torso. Aussi, son temps pour reprendre sa forme (gonflement) est lent: 1/2 journee avec des secousses en le portant (sinon, pour plus vite il faut 3 balles de tennis et une secheuse) Il a 2 poches internes alors c'est que je recherchais. Mise en garde, il est satiné-brillant au niveau du reflet de la lumiere. J'aurai aimé qu'il a son logo "Outdoor Research" à l'endos soit plus visible. C'est quand même une marque de qualité, alors il faut la mettre en évidence. Au final, c'est un bon produit.

  High End Quality!

  Diamond Fuse technology uses yarns with unique diamond shaped filaments that lock together to create a strong, durable and snag resistant fabric with greater water beading properties. Soft, lightweight, packable and wind resistant. Seriously, what more can you ask for? This 800+ down insulated jacket exceeded my expectations. Love the Loden colour too. Awesome!

  Surprised by the Colour!

  When he coat arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised as the colour of the coat was far less shiny than online. It was very fashionable for the time period 23-24. That being said, the fit is snug and tailored in the back and side as OR tends to be. This coat has been around and the reviews speak for themselves. However, I find it does better in the wind than I anticipated. I am not used to an 800 loft not having the "puffiness" but I will say, the material and down handled the wind chill here in BC, Canada. All in all I like the coat and I will continue to sing OR praises. Worth the price if you are looking for gear, not just going to the mall.

  Just a great down jacket

  Priced right for me on boxing week,the fit was great all round,I chose the black color and was happy that it was not shiney,and with 850 down insulation the cold will not go through this layer.

  Great jacket

  This jacket is very compact and light-weight. I bought it to use as an extra layer when cross country skiing. It is easily stowed in a small pack when not needed.

  Very lightweight down jacket

  This is an incredibly lightweight down jacket…almost in down sweater territory, but still very warm. As with my other OR outerwear, the design and construction are excellent. It packs very well and can be a mid layer or outer layer, for a wide range of conditions (my temperature rating for this review is for the lower range).

  Warm and stylish. Outdoor Research hits the sweet spot between quality, affordability and style. This is my second OR item...it won't be my last.
