It feels super thin
This jacket is definitely not worth it. I would rather get arcteryx. The jacket was like thin, and the puffiness of the down you can barely see it in the jacket.

It took a whole year of trying different models from different brands to settle down on this. I tried Canada Goose Langford, Expedition, Arcteryx Thorsen, Therme, Kanuk Mont-Royal, Lululemon Cold City Parka and finally, Patagonia Frozen Range Parka. This parka includes the best features of all different brands I tried. Scuba hood, Gore-Tex, multiple pockets, ethically produced, lightweight, breathable and warm for the coldest temperatures with allowance to layering. This is the gold standard of winter parkas. I'd recommend sizing up once, otherwise the scuba hood will apply pressure to your mouth/chin area and will eventually make it uncomfortable. For sizing, I'm 5'10 and 165 lb. I usually wear size M, but got L in this one. M is more like a slim fit look, but not as comfy as L. L doesn't look too baggy, but a relaxed look. Overall, sizing up is the best choice.

Was looking for a well fitted, nice looking and warm coat for colder damped winter days and this coat fits almost all criteria. It’s well-made, well cut, fits nicely (although a drawcord at the hem would have been nice) and is warm enough for temps going from -10 to -20. It is advertised for colder temperatures but I guess it depends on your tolerance (had a Nobis coat before and it was way warmer than this one!) I’m 5’9”, weights 180lbs and Medium fits perfectly. Recommend it for city use and for dry cold days.

This parka is the best mix of casual and classy everyday parka. The military buttons are a nice detail.

If you don’t a mind a hood that will make it impossible to look both ways when crossing traffic and takes up serious real estate around your head when not up, and you don’t mind buttons that look great but we’ve no purpose, and if you don’t mind not knowing how much down is in the jacket - then this jacket is for you. It is stylish. If the hood was a reasonable/ normal hood. I would have kept it. A waste sinch would be nice as I’m relatively fit amd would like the tummy as tight as rest of jacket. 5’11” - 180. God fit overall. I’ve done through about 8 winter parka jacket returns. This is a great one/ I’m not sure of warmth. Does not feeellike there is a lot of down in it. Love the color, the gore Tex shell would have been great. I do not get the massive uncomfortable hood.

Very elegant looking jacket. The buttons do not bug me but some of my friends did not like the style. Very warm and clearly well made. Not the most slim but also not too puffy. A good medium.

Very warm city parka with windproof coating. I think some reviews found the hood controversial, but I personally found it sturdier and more stable than others.

I had been looking for a longer parka down to thigh length for a while now. Very happy with this purchase. Although the hood gets some negative reviews I actually really like it as it keeps out all of the wind/rain.

Nice, warm and light! Doesn’t have as many features as I would like, but the trade off is the weight. If you want a warm jacket that doesn’t wear your down, this is it.
