It features light, supple and stretchy 2-layer waterproof/breathable H2No Performance Standard shell fabric, which completely blocks wind, snow, and rain. Inside, a highly breathable liner and FullRange insulation create a belay parka plus storm shell in one. Both the lower hem and helmet-compatible, 2-way adjustable hood have fast tightening Cohaesive cord-locks for ease of use with gloved hands.
