The Back Protector Race Vest is especially designed for Alpine ski racing or Freeride skiing or snowboarding where extra protection is needed. The Race vest uses a thicker pad and is certified according to a higher standard; EN 1621-2:2014, Level 2. The Back Protector Vest is comfortable and light, but offer supreme protection. The actual back protection material is a viscoelastic foam from Sas-Tec-soft and comfortable, but with impressive multi-impact shock absorbing properties. The protection pad is 19 mm thin and the vest has a wide waistband for personalized fit.
