Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Referrer Rewards

• Reward Amount: Earn a $20 Temporary Credit for each successful referral, up to 5 referrals for a total of $100 Temporary Credit.

• Payout Timing: Credit will be deposited into your account 40 days after the referee's order date.

• Credit Expiration: Earned credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are deposited into your account.

2. New Customer Offer (Referee)

• Discount: Get $20 off your purchase when you spend $200 or more (calculated before taxes, shipping, and other discounts).

• Eligibility: Valid for first-time customers only with no prior order history on their account.

• Per-Customer Limit: Each referee may only use a referral code once.

• Exclusions: Excludes Marketplace products and virtual items (such as Memberships, Alti Action, etc.).

• Expiry: Referee discount codes are valid until August 30.

3. Program Rules & Restrictions

• Code Usage Limit: Referral codes are capped at a maximum of 5 total successful uses. Once a code reaches 5 uses, it will be automatically disabled, limiting each referrer to earning a maximum of 5 rewards during this program.

• Non-Transferable: Referral codes and credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Program Integrity: We reserve the right to cancel credits or terminate participation if we suspect self-referral, fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
