Prefer Saxx. They do a better job of keeping things secure without being overly constraining. I found the MyPackage only worked well if you kept them well hiked up as they seemed to have less of the mesh right where the testicles would normally be. Moreover, the MyPackage have a mesh “keyhole” which creates an endpoint, and as a consequence, one is not able to hang naturally straight. So, with MyPackage you risk not being secure. Not sure either is worth the price they currently charge.

Hello Patricia, the size XL are good for waist size 39 – 42 so if he is a 42 waist, the XXL may be a little loose because it is designed for 43 – 46 waists. They are elastic waistband so I would suggest the XL as undergarments that are too large can become a hassle to keep on your waist.
