The Axina is a low-profile insulating knicker in a boot-length cut, designed to provide skiers with leg warmth when worn under shell pants. These knickers derive their warmth from a hydrophobic Coreloft Continuous 65 insulation, which provides breathable comfort. The outer is made with DWR treated Fortius Air 40 fabric that layers easily and balances air penetration with durability. The lining utilizes a DWR treated Permeair 20 stretch fabric. Arc'teryx outfitted the Axina with a wide waistband that tightens with a drawcord for a more precise fit.
