The women's CERIUM SL HOODY is a minimalist insulator and the lightest down jacket in the Arc'teryx Essentials collection. It's padded with plush 850 fill European white goose down and features Down Composite Mapping, strategically placing Coreloft 80 synthetic fill in areas prone to moisture accumulation. Sewn-through construction and a light outer made of Arato 7 nylon, which is wind-resistant and treated with a water-repellent finish, help this hoody shed grams. A low-profile and adjustable insulated StormHood protects your head in blustery conditions. Hand pockets with lightweight zippers double as a stuff sack on backpacking trips or long flights. This Cerium's excellent warmth-to-weight ratio makes it the ideal mid-layer under your hardshell, or quality standalone in crisp early winter weather.
