The Velcalite CM PWR55 is what sneaker-dreams are made of. This ultra lightweight silhouette is a thoughtful synthesis of sneaker innovation and modern streetwear style. The Velcalite is inspired by Copenhagen’s ‘Circle Bridge’ designed by Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson. Engineered with ARKK’s custom designed Compiled Mesh upper and PWR55 sole unit, the all new Velcalite CM H-X1 is lightweight, breathable, and ready to change the game. The Velcalite is inspired by Copenhagen’s ‘Circle Bridge’ designed by Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson. Engineered with ARKK’s custom designed Compiled Mesh upper and PWR55 sole unit, the all new Velcalite CM H-X1 is lightweight, breathable, and ready to change the game.
PWR55:Developed as our most flexible sole unit to date, the single-piece PWR55 is a versatile addition to ARKK’s arsenal of custom-designed sneaker technologies. Not only is the PWR55’s EVA compound extraordinarily nimble, but this new sole unit complements a wide range of upper materials and silhouette designs. The new unit’s raised outsole texture is inspired by the irregular patterns found in urban design and the the laser cut lines along the lateral surfaces provides a dynamic allusion to fluid motion. Created using injection molding production, the PWR55’s is crafted in a zero-waste process.
COMPILED MESH: Introducing the state-of-the-art Compiled Mesh upper material from ARKK Copenhagen. The Compiled Mesh material is a new knitted fabric that we have designed with our own patterns, to be used as a very breathable single layer upper or ultra contrasting double layer upper. Customising our own knitting designs makes for a Compiled Mesh material that is a very breathable, non-elastic, lightweight material and exudes the on-trend athleisure look.
