The women’s BAKOSI Jacket blends various technologies in this warm, low-altitude ISPO gold-medal winning top from Black Yak. Intelligent insulation mapping puts 750 Cuin Responsible Down Standard goose down in the body, and hydrophobic PrimaLoft Gold synthetic insulation in the lower arms and belt. The baffles are larger in critical warmth areas. A Polartec Power Grid fleece back panel with Polartec Alpha insulation provides warmth and flexibility. The Cordura Ripstop shell’s 4-way stretch engineering makes a movement-centric jacket. The fitted hood is stretch-fleece. Two front mesh pockets with lashes conceal two handwarmer pockets. A zip pocket and a mesh pocket provide inner storage. Underarm gussets offer more movement range. An anti-slip Y-band at the hem keeps the Bakosi in place.
