The Moroccan couscous is a tasty blend of red lentils, dried raisins and apricots, and toasted almonds for a hint of crunch. You will be delighted with this colourful and flavourful dish. It has an exotic and sweet-and-salty twist to it. The couscous is inspired by the festive Moroccan gastronomy. This cuisine comprises a multitude of dishes, prepared with red and white lentils and beans, and, of course, the wonder food that is couscous.

• Standard Preparation: Combine the cold water (375 ml/serving) and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.
• With Insulating Pan Cover: Simmer 2 minutes on low heat, stirring often. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 12-15 minutes, stirring once or twice.

• Couscous (wheat), Red Lentils, Toasted Slivered Almonds, Chopped Dried Apricots (sulphites), Powdered Vegetable Broth (maltodextrin, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables (tomato, onion, garlic), salt, modified corn starch, spices, sugar, hydrogenated soy oil, caramel, citric acid, guar gum, xanthan gum), Raisins (sulphites), Dried Onion Flakes, Spices, Dried Parsley, Garlic Powder.
