A hearty soup with big bold large shrimp, a hint of garlic and fines herbs. Indeed the ultimate comfort food to warm the Poseidon in you at the end of a wonderful active day. Our eyes feast on this fabulous velvety chowder which magically takes us back to that summer vacation by the sea. You can almost feel the fresh salty air of the ocean, and your taste buds are eager to discover the wonderful flavours.

Instruction:
• Standard Preparation: Combine the cold water (375-500 ml/serving) and the contents of the bag in a pan. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat and let stand for 10-12 minutes.
• Express Preparation (for 1 serving only): Add 375-500 ml of boiling water to bag. Mix Well. Seal bag and let stand for 15-18 minutes.

Ingredients:
• Dehydrated potato flakes (sulphites), skimmed milk powder
• Dehydrated vegetables (onions, carrots, potatoes, celery, leeks, red and green bell peppers)
• Fish stock powder (salt, powdered cod, hydrolysed plant proteins (soy, corn), monosodic glutamate, corn syrup solids, modified palm oil, corn starch, onion powder, sugar, colour, spices, disodic guanylate and inosinate)
• Freeze-dried shrimp
• Corn starch, garlic powder
