The shell is custom-engineered Dry.Q Core ripstop nylon layers: tough, waterproof, breathable, and heat-retaining. The insulated fixed hood has a one-hand drawcord for quick fit adjustments. The collar is oxygen-mask compatible. There is an inner suspender system. Six-slider watertight rainbow rear zip makes for easy on-off. There are reinforced panels at the elbows, knees, seat and hem. The down is entirely Responsible Down Standard certified.
