    The Men’s ROKKVI Gore-Tex 5.0 Parka by Norse Projects is a warm and waterproof parka for the city. The shell and membrane are waterproof and breathable. Goose down insulation is verified by the Responsible Down Standard. A Durable Water Repellent treatment helps keep water and snow outside. The front zipper is protected by a snap-button placket. The fixed hood is adjustable.
