A pocket knife to open oysters and shellfish gently. Its robust stainless steel blade (6.5 cm long) cuts only at the tip (1.5 cm sharpened). Its tip centred in the axis offer better ergonomics. The knife is sold with an explanatory booklet.

Handle:
Bubinga is a compact African wood with a fine grain. Its color varies from brown to pink with purple veins.
Safety ring:
Invented by Marcel Opinel in 1955, the Virobloc safety ring is fitted to all folding knives from the N° 06. Cut out of stainless steel, the Virobloc has two sections, one fixed and one sliding.
