With a complex and at the same time minimalist design, the half moon parka fully reflects the whales spirt concept together with its premium, recycled and high performance materials.

The complex 3-layer shelltech fabric is made of recycled polyester both on the outside and inside, while the AIRMEM™ membrane is made from biomass from used coffee grounds. High-performance and sustainable technology in a third layer makes it ideal for use on its own as a shell on rainy or windy days, or with secondary layers that insulate from the cold. Innovation is involved in the manufacture of the parka as it uses high-performance technology, with a PFC-free water-repellent treatment (DWR) and Bluesign® certified fabric. It is a third layer ideal for use on its own as a shell on rainy or windy days, or with secondary layers that insulate from the cold. The hood is adjustable with cohaesive™ technology adjustment.

► Shelltec fabric has a membrane allowing it to combine waterproofing with a breathable ,windproof barrier (water column - 10.000 mm and vapour permeability 10.000 grs/m2/24h). Designed to be worn as an outer layer, Shelltec fabric has been developed to minimise heat loss on exposure to wind and rain. This fabric is ideal for outdoor activities when bad weather makes high external protection essential.

► We have discovered something that nobody had noticed before: that the capacity of coffee grounds to control odours can be integrated into the fabric. Once we noticed this, we started recycling coffee grounds and tried to make the idea a reality. We added coffee grounds to the fibres. To our surprise, S.Café® not only keeps odours in check, it also protects against UV rays and dries very quickly. Coffee isn't just good for drinking, you can also wear it!
