The Humboldt is our first fillet knife, designed in collaboration with TJB ambassador, professional surfer, and avid fisherman Conner Coffin, along with chefs and adventurers whose lives revolve around the water. Crafted to be both endlessly useful and highly durable, the Humboldt features a stonewashed, full-tang Böhler N690 stainless-steel blade, offering exceptional corrosion resistance in any environment. The blade is paired with machined G10 handles, ensuring a secure grip in all conditions-whether you’re wearing gloves or not. Its flex profile, trailing point shape, and razor-sharp edge right out of the box make quick work of rib bones, tough skins, and scales. The Humboldt also comes with a full-length Kydex sheath, so it’s ready to go wherever you do-from surfcasting at beach breaks to your kitchen drawer, and everywhere in between.
