A GORE-TEX 2L plain weave shell sheds water and wind while allowing moisture to wick away. The hood is removable. A high standing collar appears when the full front zip is done all the way up. Pockets include two zip chest, two zip hand, an inner media pocket with media port, and two internal stretch goggle pockets. The zip wrist pocket contains a goggle wipe. A bonded 4-way stretch snap-away powder skirt with elastic grip keeps snow and elements outside. Underarm vents regulate body temperature. Integrated cuff gussets, wrist gaiters and thumbholes secure the sleeves against the outdoors.
