The women's Respirator is a two-thirds zippered mid layer, designed by The North Face as an athlete requested jacket for high-intensity activities. It comes in a slim-fit and features a stretch grid-fleece body that helps wick away moisture and improves cool down time after physical exertion. The arms, hood, and seat feature a double stretch weave, which improves the jacket's durability and lightweight performance.

Dedicated Lycra® Hood | Stowable 

The women's Respirator features a fixed Lycra®-bound hood, which comes in a streamlined fit so it can fit underneath your ski helmet. The North Face designed this mid layer so that it could be stored in its secure-zip chest pocket, making it an ideal piece for overnight hiking trips, or for backcountry treks where space is minimal.
