The Brooks Hyperion Max 3 is a plated super trainer that features Brooks' PEBA-based DNA Gold foam, maximal midsole stack, an aggressive forefoot rocker, and a Speed Vault plate. The completely redesigned upper, which feels sock-like in fit despite using a stiff mesh material in the majority of the upper and a sock-like material for the tongue and rearfoot, fits significantly tighter and shorter than previous versions.
