The 2.5-layer fabric features a durable woven outer shell with a waterproof polyurethane membrane rated at 10,000 MVTR. It packs to a small size that easily fits in a jersey pocket, ready to give you full waterproof shelter if the weather should turn. We've given it a high neck, a long tail and a stuff pocket for when you need to carry it.
