The men's Descender is one highly technical vest, designed to move, breathe, and insulate as a mid layer during high-intensity mountain adventures. It's made with 240gm of Icebreaker's textured corespun merino wool terry fabric. Corespun technology uses nylon fibres wrapped in merino wool to provide stretch, durability, and improve this vest' quick-drying capabilities. The Descender also features a high-loft brushed backing with heat-trapping channels designed to help regulate body temperature, while lighter side panels release excess moisture and ventilate during periods of high-output.

Storm Flap | Chest Pocket
The Descender vest features a front zipper backed by an internal storm flap that has a chin guard for protection against chafing. The single zippered chest pocket features a media cord port that's headphone compatible. Thumbholes at the sleeve cuffs make layering this hoody easy.
