It features a 2-layer GORE-TEX outer fabric, making it highly waterproof, 100% windproof, and breathable, while PrimaLoft ™ Silver Active 200 insulation provides substantial warmth. PrimaLoft ™ Silver is a military designed insulation that rivals down in terms of thermal capacity and is immensely hydrophobic, along with remaining warm when it becomes wet. Norrona outfitted this /29 parka with multiple zippered handwarmer and storage pockets and gave it their integrated hand gaiters, which have comfortable pullover finger mitts.
